Matchbook Favors

Morning everyone! It is a rainy one here but I'm okay with that as I know my flowers are loving it!

Today I get to show you some pretty and simple party favors that I made last Friday. Our local AWARE program had it's annual Breakfast in May and I offered to make little favors for everyone at the table I was sitting at but what really happened is that I gave mine and a friends to the two guest speakers. My friend, yeah, she told me I better make her another one...lol!

Anyway, these matchbook holders were made with a template that I got from Andrea Walford's blog. Be sure to download the template for making a matchbook the size you want. It is SO easy! I just used my Big Shot along with an embossing plate to emboss the paper, added some pink satin ribbon and that was it. Okay, it did take me a little while to get all the bows the way I wanted them but that's just 'cuz I'm picky about it.

I just looked outside and it isn't just drizzling rain it is really raining! It is a great day to be stamping! Hope you find time to do some stamping, too!
