Hello, friend

Good morning friends!   I like to post come of the cards I make in one of the digital scrapbooking Facebook groups that I belong to every now and then because I think the comments I get are hilarious.  Things like..."I don't know how you make stuff with paper, it's so time consuming." or "That is so cute but I just don't do things with paper anymore.".  Well, I posted one card a week or so ago and a digital scrapbook kit designer asked me if I made many cards which lead to a conversation, a look at her blog, this cute owl image and Tamara asking if I'd like to make a card with one of her images.  I said, of course and got right to work!  Oh, the name of the digital stamp company Tamara and her sister have started is Stitch and Hootch. 

I used the CPS sketch for this week on this card using the tree as the element on the top.  I gotta tell  ya I really like this card.  I think it is fun, simple, and just darling!  Taylored Expressions just had a video out on how to use their dies a little more effectively so I decided to try it out.  While not perfect just yet I did a much better job than normal on this one!  Practice makes perfect so you'll probably start seeing more die usage on my cards!
